In continuation of my Despatch No. 354 of the

8th. October, 1913, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed

summary of piracies and robberies reported in the Chinese Press as having taken place in the Province of Kuangtung during the month of October. I also enclose copy of a report made to this Government of a piratical attack which occurred outside the jurisdiction of

the Colony.
